When I first heard the news that Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. were getting married (back in high school) my tween dreams were crushed. My dark-eyed, dark-haired first love was no longer single. I have moved on since then and snagged myself a dark haired cutie, but have never forgotten the excitement I had every time Freddie was in my Teen People and Bop Magazines.
My middle school dreams were crushed once again when I read the entertainment headlines on Google News, "Sarah Michelle Gellar Expecting First Baby." I gasped, held a tear back, and realized there really is no chance for me to be a part of Freddie's single life in the future...sigh..
But on my mature opinion of this news, a big congratulations to the couple! They have been married for six happy years out of the tabloids and spotlight. I must say, staying together in Hollywood for that long in this century is amazing! I'm sure they have well appreciated the time together being married and have decided to add on to their lives. They will ,most likely, create a gorgeous family. (I secretly hope they name their child something absolutely random and ugly so I won't be as envious... Only kidding!!)
b - when i read on people.com that they were expecting, i thought of you. also, i'm in the same boat, andy roddick is getting married this weekend. sigh. interesting entries, i'll def check back. take care of yourself, miss you tons...
