Is it really time to think about that swimsuit??

This past week our house has been a hotel for visiting spring breakers. All of our time has been spent entertaining: eating, sight seeing, drinking..... Basically no time or motivation to wanting to go to the gym. Not only that, but this past weekend the streets were filled with St. Patrick's Day celebrations. I had attended a green-filled block party and absolutely took the opportunity to consume as much Guinness my small frame could contain. Needless to say, my body is out of routine and feeling not up to par.

Now this is the start of a new week, and I am slowly getting back in workout mode. I took my favorite dance class at the gym last night and have been debating on a starting a new diet plan. For more motivation, I looked through my swimsuit drawer and realized I had just purchased a new Syla swimsuit online. Of course I bought it since it was a steal at $35.00 , but did not realize that it had a Brazilian bottom, exposing an uncomfortable amount of skin. I could not return it because of the return policy on swimsuits, so now I am only determined to get my butt and body decently toned enough to feel comfortable and confident in this swimsuit. Not only that, but I am considering a 3-day detox called the Fruit Flush (this site outlines the basics of the diet). I am very hesitant about really believing in detoxes. I have had friends who have lost some weight and have felt extremely better about their bodies after doing some 10-day detoxes. I suppose that this 3-day one would be a great trial detox since it's only 3 days and I would be consuming something every 2 hours. Also, I love fruit! I just hope I don't get sick of it after eating it 3 days in a row. I will update later next week how the detox went.

Did I mention how small the behind is?....

granted I bet its taped on to her butt so there is no need for riding up
